After the storm on 8/22/13, I called and they responded within hours, provided an estimate along with photos by e-mail of the damage, and repairs were completed as soon as weather permitted, with no change in prices. They made it very easy for me since I live out of town. A very professional company.

Rich was the only one who answered the phone and came to personally estimate the damage. He was very professional and explained every detail of my roof's status, quality, and repair process. He immediately scheduled his two-man crew (Luis and Memo) to repair the damage within a couple of hours The crew was very polite, professional, and cleaned up after the job was done. They offered old-fashioned work ethics. This is a 5-star business and we do recommend them. We will be repeat customers.
