About DSR Roofing Inc.
DSR Roofing was originally started as a subsidiary of Dayton South Restoration in the fall of 2004. Dayton South Restoration was a general construction company, specializing in insurance repairs, which began operations in November 1990 in Dayton Ohio. After four hurricanes damaged the state of Florida in 2004, we were asked by two major insurers to assist in the rebuilding process.
In October 2004, DSR Roofing was established in Central Florida serving the homeowners of Highlands and Polk Counties. We operated under a temporary license at the time, under the Governors Mandate. We were able to help repair and/or replace several hundred roofs and assist many homeowners with their estimates or insurance claims.
The principals of DSR Roofing decided to stay in Florida and founded DSR Roofing Inc.; a state certified roofing company, operating in compliance with the construction laws of Florida. We now have offices in South Florida, Central Florida, and in the Florida Panhandle.
